Fitch & Sons, LLC. specializes in restoring homes that have fallen on hard times and making them attractive members of the community again. We expect each restored home will become a new owner's pride and joy.

What We Do

We seek out homes that are the "ugly ducklings" of their neighborhood. We repair any damage and upgrade them so that they are attractive members of the community. We then sell these homes to new owners who can move right in and start enjoying their beautiful home.
